英文簡歷中的自我評價的書寫技巧

一、首先一定要區分出 自我評價 和 自我介紹 這兩個不同的含義;

如果你跟一個陌生人介紹自己的時候，我想你不會介紹給別人你對自己的一個評價吧?自我評價絕對不等于介紹，必須明確，

二、評價和簡歷中的其他要點是不同的，例如特長，技能等等，技能/特長屬于具體性描述，它需要全面、詳細、有重點地將自身的技能、特長等核心競爭優勢向人事經理展示，而評價是一個概括性的，總結性的，客觀的評價。

三、簡歷自我評價切忌不要長篇大論，切沒有重點，漫天撒網，把自己跨的慘不忍睹，說白了，誰都不是白癡，特別是人事總監和人事經理，閱人無數，所以只要簡單，突出重點即可，例如你應聘的是技術性的職位，那你就總結自己的技術研發實力/特點，如果你應聘的是人事方面的，突出自己的資歷，專業特長，個人辦事性格即可。

四、不要從一而終，你的評價不要只說自己那一方面多么多么好，說的很好很強大似的，其實錄用你的企業，更看重的是你的綜合能力，所以要盡量簡潔的突出自己的幾個點。
